Terms of Service

ARTICLE 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

  • Age of Majority: You must be of legal majority in your state/province. Minor use requires parental consent.

  • Account Info: Accuracy is required for emails, billing, and shipping details.

  • Responsibility: You are fully liable for account security and activities. Transferring or selling accounts is prohibited.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

  • Appearance: Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings. Product quality or appearance is not guaranteed to meet exact expectations.

  • Modifications: Product descriptions and availability are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice. Quantities may be limited.

ARTICLE 3 - ORDERS

  • Acceptance: Orders constitute an offer and require written confirmation to be validated. Payment processing is mandatory before validation.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations may not be accepted once confirmed.

  • Usage: Purchases must be for personal/household use only, not for commercial resale or export.

ARTICLE 4 - PRICING AND BILLING

  • Changes: Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Listed prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs, and import duties unless stated otherwise.

  • Accuracy: You must provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. Credit card info must be valid and authorized.

ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Delays: Delivery estimates are non-guaranteed. No liability is accepted for carrier or customs delays.

  • Risk Transfer: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

ARTICLE 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of the store, its affiliates, or Shopify.

  • Restrictions: Use is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

ARTICLE 7 & 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

  • Optional Tools: Provided "as is" without warranty or liability. Use is at your own risk.

  • Third-Party Links: External sites are not monitored or vetted. Transactions and harms resulting from third-party platforms are entirely your responsibility.

ARTICLE 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

  • Direct Contract: Sales transactions occur exclusively between you and the store. Shopify carries no liability for transaction performance, damages, or losses.

ARTICLE 10 - PRIVACY

  • Data Processing: Personal data collection is governed by the store's and Shopify's Privacy Policies. Data may be transferred internationally via Shopify servers.

ARTICLE 11 - FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

  • License: Submitting feedback grants the store a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the content commercially.

  • Rules: Submissions must not violate third-party rights, contain malware, or use falsified identities.

ARTICLE 12 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

  • Corrections: The store reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or product omissions, and to modify info or cancel affected orders without prior notice.

ARTICLE 13 & 14 - PROHIBITED USES AND AGENTS

  • Restrictions: Illegal acts, harassment, spam, scraping, and bypassing security systems are strictly prohibited.

  • Autonomous Agents: Software agents interacting with the services must explicitly declare their identity via HTTP headers (Agent/[name]), cannot mimic human behavior pattern bypasses (such as CAPTCHAs), and must comply with technical access limits. Breach results in immediate termination.

ARTICLE 15 - TERMINATION

  • Discretion: The store can terminate access or the agreement at any time without notice. Outstanding financial liabilities remain due post-termination.

ARTICLE 16 & 17 - DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITS

  • No Warranty: Services and products are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and Shopify are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).

ARTICLE 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

  • Duty to Defend: You agree to indemnify and hold the store and Shopify harmless against any third-party claims, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms, violation of laws, or misuse of services.

ARTICLE 19, 20, 21 & 22 - LEGAL FRAMEWORK

  • Divisibility: Severed invalid clauses do not affect the remaining terms.

  • Integration: These terms supersede all prior agreements.

  • Assignment: The store may assign its rights freely; users may not without written consent.

  • Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction housing the store's headquarters. Both parties submit to its courts.

ARTICLE 24 & 25 - MODIFICATIONS AND CONTACT

  • Updates: Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes full acceptance of modified terms.
